WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Lead and supervise a dedicated team ensuring safety across all CapMetro properties and services.
- Coordinate and oversee responses to incidents, community outreach, and law enforcement activities.
- Prepare and review reports, manage special projects, and participate in community meetings.
- Maintain high standards in line with TCOLE requirements and act as the incident commander during major events.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experienced police officer with at least five years of service, including supervisory roles.
- Skilled communicator and problem solver with a strong understanding of law enforcement and community engagement.
- Certified Advanced Peace Officer, ready to tackle the unique challenges of transit policing.
