Ali D .Hopson has currently been in the production & film industry for over several years. Born in Boston and Texas raised, Hopson uses her variety of talents and business connections locally and internationally to procure creative and stunning music videos, films, documentaries, and theater shows. Originally concentrating on her passion for photography, Hopson extended her skills reach into the realms of feature films and television working on crew in locations and other production departments. Now operating as MAWU Photography Media, Ali strives to create beautiful enduring imagery in films, but does not shy away from investigating the powerful and potentially disturbing elements often inherent in creative stories and media.
Cut & Deliver was founded by Ali Hopson in 2014. Hopson has been a contributor to the Austin art scene since 2004 and continues to work closely with local and international talents to expand resources for artists and film makers. My career in real estate started many years ago when I was a Navy wife in South Carolina. Because I was quite familiar with the challenges of building a homelife around changes in duty stations, I focused my RE business around serving the needs of military families. Diversity Advice Consultants is an Austin, Texas-based consulting firm that provides sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination to businesses, government agencies, and educational institutions throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. Our philosophy is that organizations that have effective sexual harassment prevention and anti-discrimination policies and procedures have the foundation of a culture that values diversity and inclusion.
Our consultants each have more than twenty years of experience investigating discrimination complaints, developing and delivering sexual harassment prevention, diversity, and workplace conduct training, and/or creating and reviewing human resources policies and procedures. Although our company is based in Austin, Texas, our consultants are located throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Over the course of her 25+ year career, Michelle has directed the investigations or mediations of over 1,000 employment discrimination complaints filed with the state of Texas Fair Employment Practice Agency (FEPA), the Civil Rights Division of the Texas Workforce Commission. Michelle has also personally conducted over 100 internal sexual harassment and discrimination employee investigations; drafted responses discrimination charges made by employees to the EEOC, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the New York State Department of Health; developed and implemented human resources policies and procedures as Vice President of Administration and Human Resources for a New York State agency in the 1990s; and designed and delivered management and employee training in the areas of sexual harassment prevention, anti-discrimination, diversity, performance evaluation, employee conduct, and customer service to thousands as the President and Founder of RML Associates (later renamed Integrated HR Strategies), a consulting firm she lead for almost ten years in Albany, New York.
