The City of Austin has launched its search for a Master Developer for the Colony Park Sustainable Community. The Economic Development Department released a Request for Qualifications (RFQS) on October 23, 2017, for 208-acres of publicly-owned land in Northeast Austin.

The City seeks a master development partner to create a transformative pedestrian-oriented, mixed-income, sustainable community that includes single-family, multifamily, commercial, and mixed-uses. The City also envisions facilities for education, job training, healthcare, and other public services that will be compatible with existing adjacent neighborhoods.
